Online Ordering Policies
You may return new items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the original invoice date, provided that the item is in “brand-new” condition. This does not apply to electronic products or software as they will be determined on a case by case approval. Original invoice must be provided with return and item must be in resalable condition. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchatability or fitness for the particular pupose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liabilty in connection with the sale of these parts.
All returns are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee.
We only ship within the continental United States. Once items are shipped, Minuteman Trucks, Inc. is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or late goods in transit or after delivery.
